Good morning  !

First, please accept my apology that our June schedule has gotten a bit complicated. I've received a few emails from students & parents and am working on replying as quickly as possible! When Maestro Music opened this fall, we planned on having three terms of 11 weeks each, with the 12th week open for make ups only. Each term was billed in three segments.

After hearing feedback from you, we are adjusting this and hope to offer a better solution. We will be transitioning to monthly billing instead, and will be scheduling make ups as we go. There will occasionally be school closures (for example, Labor Day and Winter Break) but no weeks reserved for make ups. With some months offering three lessons and some five, we anticipate that billing will continue to remain the same every month.

This week, being week 12 of our Spring Term, is part of that transition! We have enjoyed working with you this year and you do have your make ups scheduled this week. We also want to make sure that you have all the lessons scheduled for June that you need. So, If you have any concerns about the June schedule, please let us know! Next week we will be on summer scheduling for most of you.
