Hi again ,

We're watching the weather this week! After last week's freezing rain, I'm hopeful we'll just have some snow and can still hold lessons. We appreciate your flexibility with the storm approaching! Generally we cancel if the area schools cancel. You'll either hear from me or directly from your teacher if we cannot make it to you. If you live somewhere inaccessible and know you'll be snow-bound already, let us know asap. Online lessons are always an option.....but if you end up needing to reschedule, I will approve rolling over the weather-caused make up credits to next month if needed.

Hello !

As you know, we're in the final stages of moving into our new commercial space. The new address will be 17175 SW TV Hwy Suite C-2, Beaverton 97006. I'm anxiously awaiting the final lease signing and can't wait to move in the piano!

Part of our "growing pains" has been sharing space with the church on our way to this new space. They have been very accommodating especially as we've been growing. This week, they are installing new carpet and it's our turn to accommodate their schedule. Lessons will be held primarily in the Sanctuary instead of the family room during the installation. There may be a time when students will enter from a side door to the left of the main entrance. Check for our signs if so! Finally, because all church activities are affected by the carpeting, we may need to adjust schedules slightly. You'll receive a separate email from me if that is the case.

Hello all! This week's Fridays at Five event, Creative Hour, is cancelled due to the storm. Please sign up for next week's Piano Lab (Tuesday 4pm) or Friday at Five (music theory Game Night)! You and a friend are invited to these events and they are INCLUDED in your tuition for fall term.

Hi !

As you know, I've been negotiating for a commercial property near 170th and TV Hwy. The leasing agent was out of town last week and was moving offices this week, so things are a little more delayed than expected. He assures me we'll be in no later than October 15th, and I hope to be in as soon as possible before that.

In order to make sure you know where to go for your lesson, I'll include the address in your lesson reminder email. This week, we'll be at the same church we've been using this summer at 13420 SW Butner Rd. As soon as I have a move in date for the commercial space, I will email you to let you know, and update the lesson reminder emails with the new address. Once we've moved, there won't be any more moving anytime soon as we're signing a nice long lease. I can't wait to show you the new space, and thank you for your tremendous patience while we are in transition!
