Good morning and welcome to this fall’s practice challenge: Pajama Practice!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to incorporate practice into your morning routine before you leave the house for the day. Ten minutes is a great start to pajama practice as it lets you work toward 1-2 of your weekly goals, and may turn into a longer session if you so choose. Pajamas are optional! If you prefer to get ready for the day before your focused session, please do so. Coffee is highly suggested :)

Not ready for fall yet? Although it’s still August, adding Pajama Practice to your morning routine now is key to successfully keeping it in your schedule when you transition into a busier fall routine. Whether you’ll be on a standard schedule at Nike instead of summer flex & WFH or you’ll be at school after summer break, start adding music to your morning routine today!
