Happy snow day all! I'm in the office right now and am watching the snow come down. We're going to close up early today so that everyone has safe travel conditions. If your lesson is 3PM or later, please consider it closed by us and we'll help you reschedule. If your lesson is before 3PM, you may use your discretion. Teachers are here but travel to us may not be safe for you. If you need to cancel your lesson between now and 3PM, please call me at 541-231-6040 or reply to this email asap. Make up times are posted for this week already, and your teachers are always happy to do an online lesson if that works better for you!

Hi ! 

I've had a couple requests from students to post make up lesson options online. They are now live! To register for a make up lesson, log in at www.maestromusiclessons.org/login and view the calendar. It will show you a variety of daytime, after school/work, or Saturday options. Choose the "Open Time with [your teacher's name]" or any other teacher that works in your calendar, and select "Register". Please note that you must register in advance for these spots. If you aren't sure if you have a make up credit, you can check your "Attendance and Notes" tab or check with me or your teacher.

If scheduling another time is difficult for you, please download the make up lesson Q&A document found in the online portal's library & attached here. It has some great ideas about how to fit in your make up lessons! Ideally we encourage make ups to be scheduled the same week as the missed lesson to support regular progress in your learning, but if you missed it than you'll want to schedule it within the next month.
